We are looking forward to hosting your upcoming event at Camp Allen! An event coordinator will reach out to the group's contact a few weeks prior to arrival to finalize event plans. Most retreats and conferences can be planned via email and/ or phone. To ensure a successful event, please submit the planning form below two weeks prior to your arrival.

CHECK IN & billing
The main contact for the group may pick up the campsite keys at the Conference Center's front desk at 3:00 PM on arrival day. Early check-in is a $25/per hour charge, subject to availability with advanced reservation.
The person designated as the “responsible party” on the rental contract must be at least 21 years of age, and they are required to be present with the group through the entire stay.
The final bill will be settled upon check in, and will include any optional rentals and reserved activities.

The main contact for the group should turn in the campsite keys at the Conference Center's front desk at 12:00 PM on departure day. Late check out is charged $25/hour, subject to availability with advanced notice.
All trash should be placed in tied trash bags and set in the trashcans outside prior to your departure. Please wash and store all utensils and dishes. We also ask that you turn off the interior lights upon exiting, set the thermostats at 78 degrees and lock the doors.

Hours: Please note that 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM is to be regarded as “quiet time” and noise levels should be kept to a minimum during this time.
Speed Limit: Help keep our camp safe. Upon entering Camp Allen, please do not exceed the 20mph speed limit. The dirt roads can be slippery and there are guests that walk the roads.
Assistance: Please report maintenance or housekeeping needs to the front desk at the Conference Center. Our front desk is open from 7:00 AM-11:00 PM daily.
Moving Furnishings: Please note that Camp Allen does not provide custom furniture arrangements. Furniture may be re-arranged, but we do ask that indoor furniture is not moved outside. We ask that you return outdoor furniture to its approximate original location and position, as a labor charge of $50/hour will be applied for Camp Allen to rearrange furniture and furnishings as well as extensive cleaning due to misuse of facility.
Dishes & Cookware: Camp Allen utensils, cookware and dish ware have been inventoried prior to your visit. Please wash and store all utensils and dishes before you leave. Dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent can be found under the kitchen sink. You may leave the dishes running in the dishwasher as you check out. The cost of any missing items will be added to your final bill.
Signage: Any group signage posted must be removed prior to departure. Do not use staple guns or duct tape to post any signage.
Trash: All trash must be tied up, placed in trash cans with the lid securely latched on top.
Please be respectful of Camp Allen property and equipment. Damages and/or cleaning costs in excess of normal wear and tear will be billed to the group and charged to the credit card on file.

alcoholic beverage policy
The responsible and prudent use of alcoholic beverages is permitted at Camp Allen, subject to the following restrictions:
- Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages, but must restrict consumption of those beverages to the immediate campsite area. Many of our guests in surrounding campsites are seeking quiet family retreats and we ask for your cooperation in keeping the area quiet and safe.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed at Pools #1 and #2, the Pavilion, or other common use facilities.
- Operation of motor vehicles on Camp Allen property while consuming or while under the influence of alcoholic beverages is strictly forbidden.
- Disorderly behavior, damage or injury connected in any way to the consumption of alcoholic beverages will be grounds for removal of the individual or the group from the property, and may also result in damage charges, as well as civil and/or criminal legal action.
wristbands
For the safety and security of all guests, Lakeside Cabin and Grove Lodge guests are required to wear wristbands at all times during their stay at Camp Allen. These waterproof wristbands will be included in the check in packet based on the number provided in the planning form below. If you need additional wristbands during your stay, you may obtain them at the Front Desk.

Personal fireworks and open campfires are forbidden.
Pets are not permitted inside or outside of our facilities (with the exception of certified service animals). This is for the safety and comfort of all of our guests and the safety of your animals.
Swimming and/or personal boats and jet skis are not allowed on Lake Coffield or Lake Goddard.

With fully equipped kitchens, most Lakeside Cabin and Grove Lodge guests choose to prepare their own meals. However, guests may request Conference Center buffet meals ala carte (form below), both subject to availability.
summer rentals
Please be aware that in addition to the standard policies, the following are put into practice June 1 through August 15. These policies are in place due to our Summer Camping Program and to facilitate a more peaceful stay for you. We thank you for your understanding and willingness to assist us in making our camp a safe place.
Activities: Most reserved activities are not available during the summer months. Visit the activity page for a full list of available options during this time.
Driving: All cabin guest vehicles MUST have a vehicle access pass, which can be obtained at the front desk. Reduced speed limits are strictly enforced (10 MPH) due to the number of children in the campsites. We also ask that you only drive through the campgrounds when absolutely necessary.

Restricted Areas: Cabin guests are not permitted to enter the campsites. Viewing summer camp activities or interacting with campers in any way is prohibited.

- Walkers and runners are only permitted on the main camp road 1:00-5:00 PM Saturday, but must be wearing a pedestrian pass which can be obtained at the front desk.

Grove Lodge 1 & 2: fully equipped residential kitchen with two refrigerators, bed linens and towels, Wi-Fi, large TV with DVD player, cable, laundry facilities, gas fireplace, large outdoor deck and front porch, gas grill.
Dunn Center: fully equipped residential kitchen, bed linens and towels, Wi-Fi, TV with DVD player, cable, laundry facilities, large outdoor deck and front porch, gas grill, meeting room with 4 round tables, 20 chairs, and a drop down screen.
Lakeside Cabins: fully equipped residential kitchen, bed linens and towels, TV with DVD player back porch overlooking lake, log fireplace (logs provided November-March) exclusive peddle boat access, and charcoal grill. Click here for a full inventory list.
Lakeside Meeting Center: fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and serving items, ice machine, house sound system with a lapel and handheld microphone, satellite cable and Wi-Fi, large TV on rolling cart with DVD player, LCD projector, AV cart, dropdown screen, podium, 7 round tables and chairs, ping pong table, corn hole boards & bags, large screen porch overlooking lake, gas fireplace, outdoor kitchen with gas fire pit and grill.
