CONFERENCE CENTER
Miscellaneous
  • Online Registration: $6 / person

Meeting Room Re-Sets
While the initial set-up of furniture in a group’s meeting room is complimentary, there is an additional fee for re-setting a meeting room mid-stay. This fee incurs with each individual room re-set.
  • Small Meeting Room: $100 per day
  • Medium Meeting Room: $150 per day
  • Large Meeting Room: $200 per day
  • Chapel Reset: $250 per day

Reserved Airport Transportation
One-way reserved transportation is available to/from IAH at a scheduled time between 8:00am-5:00pm. Inquire about additional transportation options including single passengers, large groups, and client managed transportation.
  • 3 person minimum: $130 / person one way

  • LCD Projector:  $200 / stay
  • 60” Flat Screen TV with DVD: $25 / stay
  • Acoustic or Electric Guitar: $20 / day
  • Mixing Board: $75 / day

  • Digital Session Recorder: $50 (Includes recorder to house sound. Group is responsible for downloading digital recordings.)

Wi-Fi Access
  • Complimentary: suitable for texting, emails, news, google searches (30mbps)
  • ​Individuals: $10 / day (3x normal speeds-100mbps paid online when accessing Wi-Fi)
  • Small groups < 50 people: $100 / day (3x normal speeds-100mbps- needs prior reservation and password)
  • Large groups >50 people: $200/ day (6x normal speeds-200mbps- needs prior reservation and password)

Camp Allen does not offer custom furniture arrangements. Guests may rearrange furniture indoors, but we ask that indoor furniture remains inside. Furniture should be returned to its original approximate location and position. A labor fee of $50 per hour will be charged for any necessary repositioning of furniture or extensive cleaning due to improper use of the facility.
