Resident cabin COunselor
Resident Cabin Counselors are the heart and soul of Camp Allen's ministry. They have the incredible privilege of spending their time as the primary caregiver for 8-10 campers every week. They lead devotionals, play games, shepherd kiddos and lead their cabin through a meaningful, life changing week of camp. RCCs are also asked to mentor a younger counselor with whom they share cabin responsibilities. All applicants should be between 18-22 years old and a graduate of high school at the time of service. Most RCCs work between four to six weeks, but schedules are flexible.
