PRIVATE BANQUETS
Make your stay at Camp Allen by hosting a private banquet for your guests. We have three customizable menus from which to choose. Each dining table is pre-set with linens, cutlery, and starters. Dessert and beverages may also be pre-set, depending on the size of the group and menu selection. The remaining courses are served buffet style. The Camp Allen staff will clear the guest’s place setting as they complete the meal. Allow Camp Allen to enhance your banquet by adding optional alcoholic beverages, entertainment, and themed centerpieces (starting at $30 per table). Please note that banquets require a minimum of twenty guests, and 15% gratuity is added to the total. Vegetarian entrée options are available with advanced notice and count.

Camp Allen’s Brown Bag Lunches are available for groups of 10-100 people. The menu packages can be delivered to the location of the guest’s choosing for a $75 delivery fee. Please note that the charge for this service is in addition to a person’s nightly package if staying at the hotel. Note: Up to two menus may be selected per group order. (Example: A group may order twenty box lunches with ten turkey sandwiches and ten hummus & vegetable wraps).
Please note that we do not encourage or make carry-out containers readily available on our buffet line. Occasionally, exceptions are made for circumstances such as: airport shuttles departing around meal time or a speaker that wishes to take a meal to their hotel room. There is no extra charge for a carry-out container for a to-go meal under these circumstances, provided it is served from the buffet line.

Enjoy an afternoon at Ralph Hughes Park and pavilion complete with a buffet lunch. Activities include: catch & release fishing, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, playground, and nature trails. Ala carte activities and beverages can be added as well. Packages include buffet service of one of the menus below, paper goods, tea, and water. Groups over 50 will require an additional table & chair rental. 25 person minimum. A $75 delivery fee will be added to all picnic packages.

CATERED MEALS
Catering Services are available exclusively at the Bishop Doyle Center or the Lakeside Meeting Center for groups of 10-60 guests.
All catered meals listed below require a $75 delivery fee which entails our staff delivering the meal to the kitchen of your venue along with removal of the delivered items following the meal.
For an additional fee, you can request our Premium Service where our staff will be present during the meal. This includes setup, coffee prepared and cleanup. This service includes stainless or glass serving dishes and full use of the glassware in our venues. This service is an additional $75 for groups of 40 guests or less and $125 for groups larger than 40 guests. The service fees are in addition to the delivery fee and meal price. Additional fees apply for groups requiring staffed meal services that exceed two hours. Guests lodging at the Conference Center have three buffet meals per day included in their package. Guests may purchase additional meals ala carte. Lakeside Cabin and Grove Lodge guests can purchase Conference Center meals with advanced reservation, subject to availability.
