We are looking forward to hosting your upcoming event at Camp Allen! An event coordinator will reach out to the group's contact a few weeks prior to arrival to finalize event plans. Most retreats and conferences can be planned via email and/ or phone. To ensure a successful event, please submit the planning form below two weeks prior to your arrival.

CHECK IN & billing
The main contact for the group will receive a gate code and door code by email prior to arrival. Early check-in is a $25/per hour charge, subject to availability with advanced reservation.
Guests of the Quiet House have the option of driving through the camp's property to access the quiet house or utilizing the more private service entrance on County Road 325.
The person designated as the “responsible party” on the rental contract must be at least 21 years of age, and they are required to be present with the group through the entire stay.
The final bill will be settled 7 days prior to arrival and will include any optional rentals and reserved activities.

To check out, simply secure the door by waving your hand over the exterior keypad. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out is available for $25 per hour, subject to availability with prior approval.
All trash should be placed in tied trash bags and set in the trashcans outside prior to your departure. Please wash and store all utensils and dishes. We also ask that you turn off the interior lights upon exiting and set the thermostats at 78°F for AC (warm months) / 65°F for heat (winter).

Hours: Please note that 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM is to be regarded as “quiet time” and noise levels should be kept to a minimum during this time.
Speed Limit: Help keep our camp safe. Upon entering Camp Allen, please do not exceed the 20mph speed limit. The dirt roads can be slippery and there are guests that walk the roads. Please do not walk or drive beyond the signs on the road marked "Private Residence".
Assistance: Please report maintenance or housekeeping needs to the front desk at the Conference Center.Our front desk is open from 7:00 AM-11:00 PM daily.
Moving Furnishings: Camp Allen does not offer custom furniture arrangements. Guests may rearrange furniture, but we ask that indoor furniture remains inside. Furniture should be returned to its original approximate location and position. A labor fee of $50 per hour will be charged for any necessary repositioning of furniture or extensive cleaning due to improper use of the facility.
Dishes & Cookware: Camp Allen utensils, cookware and dish ware have been inventoried prior to your visit. Please wash and store all utensils and dishes before you leave. Dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent can be found under the kitchen sink. You may leave the dishes running in the dishwasher as you check out. The cost of any missing items will be added to your final bill.
Signage: Any group signage posted must be removed prior to departure. Do not use staple guns or duct tape to post any signage.
Trash: All trash must be tied up, placed in trash cans with the lid securely latched on top.
Please be respectful of Camp Allen property and equipment. Damages and/or cleaning costs in excess of normal wear and tear will be billed to the group and charged to the credit card on file.

alcoholic beverage policy
The responsible and prudent use of alcoholic beverages is permitted at Camp Allen, subject to the following restrictions:
- Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages, but must restrict consumption of those beverages to the immediate house area. Many of our guests in surrounding campsites are seeking quiet family retreats and we ask for your cooperation in keeping the area quiet and safe.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed at Pools #1 and #2, the Pavilion, or other common use facilities.
- Operation of motor vehicles on Camp Allen property while consuming or while under the influence of alcoholic beverages is strictly forbidden.
- Disorderly behavior, damage or injury connected in any way to the consumption of alcoholic beverages will be grounds for removal of the individual or the group from the property, and may also result in damage charges, as well as civil and/or criminal legal action.

Coffee: A Keurig-style coffee maker is available for your use. Please bring your own pods, as they are not provided.
WiFi: Complimentary Starlink internet is available. The access code will be emailed to the primary contact before arrival.
Comfort & Features: The Quiet House is thoughtfully equipped with bed linens, towels, a gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, a spacious outdoor deck, and a welcoming front porch. In keeping with the spirit of a reflective retreat, there are no TVs in the house.

With fully equipped kitchens, most Quiet House guests choose to prepare their own meals. However, guests may request Conference Center buffet meals ala carte (form below), both subject to availability.
summer rentals
Please be aware that in addition to the standard policies, the following are put into practice June 1 through August 15. These policies are in place due to our Summer Camping Program and to facilitate a more peaceful stay for you. We thank you for your understanding and willingness to assist us in making our camp a safe place.
Activities: Most reserved activities are not available during the summer months. Visit the activity page for a full list of available options during this time.
Driving: All cabin guest vehicles MUST have a vehicle access pass, which can be obtained at the front desk. Reduced speed limits are strictly enforced (10 MPH) due to the number of children in the campsites. We also ask that you only utilize the Service Entrance/ Exit rather than the main camp road.
Accessible Areas:
Restricted Areas: Cabin guests are not permitted to enter the campsites. Viewing summer camp activities or interacting with campers in any way is prohibited.

- Walkers and runners are only permitted on the main camp road 1:00-5:00 PM Saturday, but must be wearing a pedestrian pass which can be obtained at the front desk.
